Product and course context

When you connect a course, Sqrless may process the active page URL, video playback state, transcript or subtitle segments, questions, generated answers, notes, and session metadata needed to provide the beta features.

How information is used

• Provide and troubleshoot the private beta
• Generate context-aware answers and notes
• Respond to access, support, and legal requests
• Improve product reliability and safety

AI service providers

Relevant questions and course context may be processed by a configured third-party AI provider. Their handling of that information is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

We retain beta information only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the service or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing [email protected].

Payments

Sqrless does not currently collect subscription payments. We will update this policy before introducing a payment processor or paid accounts.
